Absolutely! Our beginner classes are specifically designed for those new to both yoga and practicing in the nude. We move at a comfortable pace with plenty of modifications offered.
What about hygiene?
We maintain strict hygiene standards. All students use their own mats, and we provide sanitizing sprays. Towels are required for certain poses for everyone's comfort.
Is there any sexual component to these classes?
No. Our classes maintain complete professionalism with a focus on yoga practice, body positivity, and mindfulness. Any inappropriate behavior results in immediate dismissal.
What if I feel self-conscious?
This is completely normal. Our instructors are trained to create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. Most students report feeling comfortable within the first 10-15 minutes.
Are there separate classes for different genders?
We offer both mixed-gender and women-only classes to accommodate different comfort levels. You are allowed to change from women-only to mixed-gender sessions if you subscribe to our 5 sessions package.
